ISECON – Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. Eligibility
    Only registered delegates of ISECON are eligible to submit abstracts.

  2. E-Poster Specifications

    • Videos and animations are strictly not permitted in E-posters.

    • Maximum 10 slides are allowed for E-poster presentations.

  3. Mode of Submission

    • All abstracts must be submitted online through the ISECON conference website and

    • Sent via email to the official ISECON email ID.

    • Hard copies, CDs, or pen drives are not required and will not be accepted.

  4. Submission Deadline

    • Last date for abstract submission: 15th feb 2026

    • Abstracts submitted after this deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  5. Mandatory Author Details
    Each abstract must clearly mention:

    • Name of the Presenting Author (underlined)

    • Names of Co-authors (if any)

    • Institutional affiliation(s)

    • Address for correspondence

    • Mobile number and Email ID

    • Delegate registration number (if already available)

    • Relevant subspecialty

  6. Abstract Format & Content

    • Word limit: Maximum 300 words

    • The abstract must include the following sections:

      • Title

      • Objectives

      • Methods

      • Results

      • Conclusions

      • Key words

    • Authors are requested to carefully check grammar and spelling before submission.

  7. Review & Presentation Type

    • All abstracts will be pre-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

    • The committee reserves the right to assign the abstract as an oral or poster presentation.

    • Abstracts should be written with due scientific care and clarity.

  8. Presentation Time

    • 6 minutes for presentation

    • 2 minutes for discussion

    • Participants must strictly adhere to the allotted time.

  9. Final Decision Authority

    • No requests for change in presentation type will be entertained.

    • Participants are kindly requested not to contact the Conference Secretariat or Organizing Secretary regarding presentation decisions.

  10. Final Selection & Notification

  • Based on the consensus of the Screening Committee, the Organizing Committee Secretary will finalize the list of accepted papers.
